A: Yes! We offer digital proofs for most products upon request. If you need a printed proof (for color accuracy), please reach out before placing your full order.
Q: How do I personalize my item?
A: During checkout, you’ll be prompted to enter personalization details or upload files. Each product page has specific instructions for customization.
Q: Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
A: You can make changes within 4 hours of placing your order. After that, production may have begun, and changes could incur a reprint fee.
Q: What if I made a typo or mistake in the design?
A: We print exactly what is submitted. If a mistake was made during design, we can offer a 50% discounted reprint to help make it right.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Production takes 3–5 business days. Shipping time varies based on the method selected at checkout. For urgent deadlines, choose Expedited or Express shipping.
Q: Do you offer rush production or same-day shipping?
A: Rush production is available on select products. Contact us if you’re on a tight timeline — we’ll do our best to help.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.
Q: My order didn’t arrive on time. Can I get a refund?
A: If Expedited or Express shipping was not selected, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and cannot issue refunds for missed event deadlines.

A: Due to the personalized nature of our items, custom products are not eligible for full refunds. However, you may return eligible orders for a 50% refund within 60 days of shipment.
Q: What if iCustomLabel made a mistake with my order?
A: If we printed something incorrectly, we’ll reprint and reship at no charge. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.
Q: What if my item was damaged during shipping?
A: Let us know within 7 days and include a photo. We’ll reprint and ship a replacement at no cost.
