iCustomLabel Refund & Return Policy on Custom Items

At iCustomLabel, we’re proud to create high-quality, personalized products made just for you. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help. Unlike many custom shops, we offer a fair, hassle-free resolution process, even for custom-manufactured items.


Returns on Custom Orders

Because each order is made to your specifications, we cannot accept full returns on custom products. However, we do offer a 50% refund under the following conditions:

  • The custom product is returned to us within 60 days of shipment

  • The original order was under $500 in value

  • For orders over $500, the maximum refund allowed is $250

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Please contact us first before sending any product back. We’ll guide you through the process to ensure a smooth experience.


If We Made a Mistake

If we made an error on your custom item — wrong design, spelling (based on your original input), color, or product type — we will reprint and reship the corrected product at no cost to you.

To report a production error:

  • Contact us at [support@icustomlabel.com] within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the problem

We may ask you to return the original item(s) for quality review.


If You Made a Mistake During Design

We print exactly what is submitted. If your order contains a typo, incorrect date, misspelled name, or any design error entered by you at the time of ordering, we are not responsible for reprinting at no cost.

However, we understand mistakes happen. We may offer a reprint at 50% of the original price to help you get what you need quickly.

To avoid these situations, please double-check your design and personalization details before submitting your order.


Missed Deadlines Without Expedited Shipping

If you did not receive your order in time for your event but did not select an expedited or guaranteed shipping option, we cannot offer a refund.

We do our best to process all orders promptly, but standard shipping timelines are not guaranteed. If you’re on a deadline, we recommend choosing a guaranteed expedited shipping method at checkout.


Color & Material Variations

Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings or the type of material used (e.g., matte vs. glossy). These slight variations are not considered defects. For precise color matching, we recommend ordering a printed proof prior to finalizing your full order.

To ensure the best results, please order your full set of items at once so they are produced under the same print conditions.


Order Changes After Production Begins

If you'd like to change your order after it has gone into production, we may be able to accommodate your request. However, there will be a 50% reprint fee for the portion already completed, up to $250.


Damaged in Shipping?

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll ask for photos and work with you to either reprint or refund the affected items promptly.
