Ordered 64 bands, received 16. After receiving the additional bands and applying them to cigars the adhesive was not strong enough to hold and they kept popping off. I had to use tape on each one which will ultimately tear the band and ruin the band as a keepsake afterwards.
I ordered 100 personalized marble and wood coasters for my son and future daughter-in-law’s wedding. The engraving came out beautifully, and overall I am pleased with how the coasters look.
However, for a $500 order, I expected a little more attention to quality and packaging. The coasters arrived bundled together in plastic wrap, and unfortunately one coaster was damaged. I also noticed quite a bit of variation in the wood—some coasters are much lighter while others are darker, so the overall appearance is not completely consistent.
These are being given to guests as wedding favors, so presentation and consistency were important to me. I understand that natural wood will have some variation, but I feel the finished products should have been inspected more carefully before shipping.
Overall, they are attractive coasters and the personalization is lovely, but improved quality control and more protective packaging would make this a five-star product.

I am SUPER happy with our sign. I think its important to note that this isn't made from the wood that it looks like. It's vinyl or something... Beautiful though. Shipping is was fast too. Also, if you order an easel with it - don't freak out when it doesn't show up with the sign. It ships separately 😅
The label quality is good. The pink coloring was taller than I picked out, but Wood bothered us. The most was the white writing was so pale. You could barely read it. You really had to strain your eyes to read it. I would have thought there would’ve been a way to make that white script, bolder and easier to read
This too simple and fragile. The paper is too thin.
I placed the order and received the product pretty quickly. The colors I choose were very specific, but I did a test print at home to ensure they printed the way I wanted. Unfortunately, the finished product I received looked like it had a slightly purple coloration that my mobile and laptop screens did not present, now did my home printout.
The labels themselves were nice, but general when a product is advertised as die-cut, there are no perforations. Although the perforations were minimal, they were significant enough that they can be seen as slight bumps along the edge of the label.
While the price was decent, the quality, from the inaccurate colors, to the visible perforated spots detracts from the aesthetics of the cigars.
Quality of product is excellent. Customer service ais amazing. Helped fix an ordering issue. Very responsive and courteous. Highly recommend.
Printing looks nice. The labels are too small to fit around a 58 ring cigar. The labels tear when removed from the backing. Those that don’t tear have ragged edges due to the perforations. And the mastic does not stick - half of them came loose after a few minutes.
The key is inside down and the circle isn't evenly round I should have noticed before I ordered.
The print didn’t seam as clear as in the add. The last name was not capitalized we got “g” not “G” except the cursive version.
