The signs in honor of my 2 sons are phenomenal. Nice and big and bright for everyone to see

The product delivered is not metal, despite the 'metal' in its name. The description clearly states- aluminum with polymer core. The product pictured has rounded corners. Neither of these could be used to describe the product I received. Aluminum foil? Maybe. The signs delivered are NOT aluminum and are, in fact, plastic. Cheap- made in China plastic. NOT environmentally friendly, sustainable bioplastic. CHEAP CHINESE CRAP. In response to my inquiry, the company refused a total refund and stated that I would be responsible for the return shipping costs. BUYER BEWARE. This, in my opinion, is a scam company.

This is an industry-standard material for signage, known for being lightweight, durable, and weather-resistant. While it is not solid aluminum, it is not plastic or “foil” as described in your review.

Our product descriptions and images clearly state and show this ACM construction, including the rounded corners option. We did request proper photos of what you received so we could confirm and resolve the issue, but unfortunately those were not provided.

Regarding refunds, our policy—outlined at checkout—allows refunds or replacements if the product is defective or incorrect. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless there is a manufacturing error on our part.

Item just as advertised. They contacted me about shipping address change (can’t deliver to PO Box). Sign came with a small bend on one end. Trying to straighten out now. Should be fine….
