Came out the way I was hoping. I did not pay extra postage for shipping but it still arrived in time for Christmas. I would order again.

I ordered a Spotify Christmas ornament for a gift. I was sent a link to input my info (as i requested). When I was unable to complete the task because I am extremely technologically challenged, these people jumped right in and assisted. They took the info in an email and sent back a reply "we got you". The estimated arrival date was close to Christmas, but I received it much sooner. The item is of good quality and better than expected. I know the recipient will love it. I will be a repeat customer and highly recommend this seller.

The ornament showed up quicker than expected. The material is better. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the words look squished but that could be my fault. I don't remember if you could change boldness or fonts. Otherwise it is beautiful. The picture was a closeup so it turned out perfect about the size of a passport picture.
