How do I submit my logo? +
After adding to cart, you'll be prompted to upload your logo file at checkout. We accept AI, SVG, and high-resolution PNG (300dpi minimum). Not sure if your file will work? Email us at info@icustomlabel.com before ordering and we'll confirm.
Will I see a proof before production begins? +
Yes — for bulk orders we send a digital engraving proof for your approval before production begins. For single orders, email us if you'd like to review the design first and we'll accommodate you.
How do I use the granite chilling stones? +
Wash them, place them in the freezer for at least 4 hours, then add to your drink. They chill without diluting — your whiskey tastes exactly as intended, every time.
Can I engrave different names on each set in a bulk order? +
Absolutely. We can engrave your name or brokerage logo on every set and add a unique recipient name or message to each one. Just provide the list at checkout or contact us to coordinate.
