I placed my initial order March 19, 2024 however it got lost. I was very disappointed as it is for my daughter's wedding. I contacted the company and after they confirmed it was lost, they did not hesitate to resend (to a different address of course). They sent it out Friday and it arrived today which is a Wednesday. I opened the box and it was even better than I thought it would be. I'm beyond please with the end results and will be trying to figure out what else I can have custom made before the big day!
