Turn the "Wedding Tetris" of your guest list into a stunning display that guides everyone effortlessly to their seats.
"We know the reality: The seating chart is often the very last thing you order. You were waiting on that one cousin to RSVP, or you had to swap tables at the last second. We get it.
Because this usually happens on a tight timeline, we prioritize precision. Printed by our team in Florida, we inspect every board to ensure the text is crisp and legible, so your grandmother isn't squinting to find her name. You handled the hard part (grouping them); we handle the easy part (making it look amazing)."
Custom Wedding Seating Charts & "Find Your Seat" Signs
Skip the hassle of individual escort cards and opt for a sleek, organized wedding seating chart. This all-in-one solution prevents bottlenecks at the entrance and serves as a major focal point of your reception decor. Whether you prefer a modern acrylic look or a rustic design on rigid foam board, our charts are durable, professionally printed, and designed to stand on any standard easel.
Layout Guide: Alphabetical vs. By Table?
The most common question we get is how to list the names. Here is our advice based on hundreds of weddings:
| Sorting Style | How it Works | Best For |
|---|---|---|
| Alphabetical (A-Z) | Guests look for their last name to find their table number. | Large Weddings (100+ guests). It is much faster for guests to find their name, preventing lines at the door. |
| By Table Number | Names are grouped under "Table 1," "Table 2," etc. | Smaller Weddings (<100 guests). It encourages guests to see who they are sitting with, but takes longer to read. |
Size Matters for Legibility
If you have a large guest list (150+), please choose our larger sizes (24"x36"). Trying to squeeze 200 names onto a small board forces us to shrink the font size, making it hard for guests to read in dim lighting. When in doubt, go bigger!
Scared of Typos?
We highly recommend triple-checking your spreadsheet before uploading. However, if you spot a glareing error (like we just did there) right after ordering, contact us immediately. We try to catch issues, but your eyes are the best ones!
