Layout Guide: Alphabetical vs. By Table?
The most common question we get is how to list the names. Here is our advice based on hundreds of weddings:

| Alphabetical (A-Z) | Guests look for their last name to find their table number. | Large Weddings (100+ guests). It is much faster for guests to find their name, preventing lines at the door. |
| By Table Number | Names are grouped under "Table 1," "Table 2," etc. | Smaller Weddings (<100 guests). It encourages guests to see who they are sitting with, but takes longer to read. |
Size Matters for Legibility
If you have a large guest list (150+), please choose our larger sizes (24"x36"). Trying to squeeze 200 names onto a small board forces us to shrink the font size, making it hard for guests to read in dim lighting. When in doubt, go bigger!
