Wedding & event beer bottle labels

Custom beer labels for weddings are one of our most-requested items — personalized with the couple's names, wedding date, and a design that matches the invitation suite. Also popular for rehearsal dinners, bachelor parties, and anniversary parties. Pair with custom wine labels for a full bar set.

Homebrew beer labels

Give your homebrew the shelf presence it deserves. Our homebrew bottle labels are printed on the same waterproof vinyl as commercial runs — so your IPA, stout, or sour looks the part whether it's headed to a competition or a neighbor's fridge. Custom craft beer labels available in small quantities with no minimum order.

Beer can labels

Running a canning line or looking for custom beer can labels for an event? We print full-wrap and partial-wrap can labels for standard 12oz and 16oz sleek cans. Craft beer can labels are available with your logo, artwork, or a custom design — waterproof and rated for cold storage.

Brewery & small-batch commercial labels

Nano breweries and taprooms ordering short-run brewery labels find us through word of mouth — because we don't require large minimums and we turn orders quickly. Whether you need 50 labels for a seasonal release or 500 for a taproom staple, we handle the beer label printing and ship from Florida.

Bottle fit guide: which label do you need?

Beer bottles vary more than you think. Use this chart to pick the right size:

Bottle type Description Recommended label
Standard longneck (12oz) The classic bottle (Bud, Corona, most craft beers). Tall and thin neck. 3.5" × 4" (Standard). Fits the main body perfectly without wrinkling.
Stubby / heritage Shorter, wider body (like Red Stripe or Sierra Nevada). 3" × 2" (oval or horizontal). Avoid tall labels — the bottle curves quickly.
Bomber (22oz) Large format bottle used for specialty craft releases. 4" × 6". You need the extra surface area to make it look proportional.
Standard can (12oz / 16oz sleek) The most common canning format for craft breweries and home canners. Full-wrap or partial-wrap. Specify can diameter when ordering — wrap dimensions are calculated from there.

Pro tip

The homebrewer's hack for label removal

Reusing bottles? Getting the old commercial glue off is the hardest part. The OxiClean method: Fill a bucket with warm water and a scoop of OxiClean (or generic oxygen cleaner). Let the bottles soak for 30 minutes. 90% of labels will float right to the top. Any remaining glue wipes off easily with a sponge. (It works better than baking soda.)

Beer label design: your options

Good beer label design doesn't require a designer. Here's how customers approach it:

Upload your own artwork

Have a logo or a finished design file? Upload it at checkout. We accept PDF, AI, EPS, and high-resolution PNG. Our team does a pre-press check before printing — if anything looks off, we'll contact you before the order runs.

Use a beer label template

Start from one of our beer label templates, swap in your text and colors, and send it back. This is the fastest path for homebrew orders and event labels where the design needs to be fast but still look sharp.

Custom design service

Need a beer label design built from scratch? Our in-house team can develop a label concept based on your style direction — ideal for brewery labels, taproom releases, or gifting sets where the label is part of the presentation.

Pro tip

Customizing the 6-pack?

If you're gifting a 6-pack, don't forget the carrier. We often see customers paint the cardboard carrier black or craft paper brown to make the custom labels pop even more.

Frequently asked questions

What's the minimum order for custom beer labels?

We have no large minimum — homebrewers ordering a single batch of 24 labels are just as welcome as breweries ordering 500. Pricing scales with quantity, so larger runs get a better per-label cost, but you're never forced to over-order.

Are your beer labels waterproof and dishwasher safe?

Yes. Every label is printed on industrial waterproof vinyl and rated for ice chest conditions, condensation, and hand washing. They won't peel, slide, or fade when the bottle is cold and wet — which is exactly when a beer label needs to hold up.

Do you print beer can labels as well as bottle labels?

Yes. We print custom beer can labels for standard 12oz and 16oz sleek cans in full-wrap and partial-wrap formats. Provide your can diameter when ordering and we'll calculate the exact wrap dimensions. The same waterproof vinyl used for bottles applies to cans.

What file formats do you accept for beer label design?

We accept PDF, AI, EPS, and high-resolution PNG (300 dpi or higher). If you're working from a beer label template, we can also accept properly formatted PSD files. Our team runs a pre-press check on every file — if resolution or bleed is off, we'll reach out before printing.

How long does beer label printing take?

Standard production is 3–5 business days after artwork approval, plus shipping time. Rush orders are available — contact us before ordering if you're on a tight timeline for a wedding, event, or competition and we'll do our best to work with your schedule.

Can I order custom beer labels with a photo?

Yes. Custom beer labels with a photo are popular for groomsman gifts, birthday 6-packs, and homebrew batches named after a pet or a place. Upload a high-resolution image (300 dpi minimum) and we'll print it sharp. Avoid cropping faces too close to the label edge — leave a small margin so the photo reads cleanly on the curve of the bottle.

What's the difference between a body label and a neck label?

The body label sits on the main section of the bottle and carries the primary design — name, artwork, and details. A neck label wraps the narrow upper section and typically holds supplementary information like ABV, style, or a batch number. Neck labels are narrower and shorter to fit the taper; we can print both and ship them together for a fully branded bottle.

Do you offer custom beer labels for homebrewers specifically?

Homebrewers are some of our best customers. No minimum order, no requirement for a registered brewery, and no judgment if your label says "Dad's Terrible IPA." We print homebrew beer labels the same way we print commercial brewery labels — on waterproof vinyl, quality-checked before shipping from our Florida facility.

Label everything on the table.

Pair your custom beer labels with custom wine labels and custom water bottle labels for a fully coordinated bar or gift table. Printed and quality-checked in Florida, shipped ready to apply.
