How much does shipping cost?

Domestic Delivery Options 

  •  STANDARD (9-15 Business Days) starts at $3.99
  •  PRIORITY (6-9 Business Days) starts at $9.00 (varies by weight)
  •  EXPRESS (4 Business Days) starts at $22.75 (varies by weight)
  •  RUSH (2 Business Days) starts at $29.99 (varies by weight)

* Free Standard Shipping applies to Standard U.S. shipping with orders over $50.00.
Standard shipping is not available for all orders, including larger or heavier items or certain products.

All orders received after 2pm EST are not processed until the following business day

When will I get my order?

Standard production time is 1-2 business days plus whatever shipping option you choose. If you choose "RUSH" delivery option your order will be put first inline and shipped out same day if ordered before 2pm EST. Otherwise it will be shipped the following business day. Please be aware during this pandemic, mail has been slower than normal. If you are in need of something immediately please choose a faster shipping method. 

For other international customers: 

You can expect to receive your order in about four weeks or less if you order online with standard (non-rush) processing although customs can cause additional delays. Standard delivery orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International. Please contact your local postal service and/or customs service for information regarding possible customs processing delays. iCustomLabel is not responsible for shipping delays, including customs-related delays. Choose FedEx Priority shipping to receive your order sooner. Delivery dates are not guaranteed for international orders.

Our Return Policy

Because our items are custom designed for you, we do not offer returns. Unless there was a mistake on our behalf. If you make a mistake in your order, please contact us for more details. We will reprint your order at discounted rate, plus shipping. 

Color Variations…

Although we are using the newest printing technology on the market colors can still vary slightly. They can vary due to humidity, air temperatures, temperature of the press, ink cartridge variations, paper type and so on. This means ink color varies slightly from one day to the next. Also keep in mind every monitor / display may have a slightly different color setup so what you see on your screen may be different from what we see on ours.

If the order was not received...

If you didn't receive your package. Please check your tracking info provided, with USPS or FedEx. Sometimes some destinations take longer than others. Please also check with neighbors and other family members, etc.

If the package does not turn up and is not marked as "delivered" we will reprint your order and ship to you as quickly as possible. We do not cover packages that are labeled, delivered, un-deliverable, bad address, etc. However, we will reprint and reship at a discounted rate.

International Shipments can take longer, customs can often hold packages causing delays.

If the order was late...

If your order arrives after your desired date and you DID NOT choose "Rush" as your shipping option, we do not issue refunds. Shipping times can vary greatly during holidays and certain times of year. If you need your order by a specific date, we highly recommend choosing the Rush shipping option.

If your order arrives after the date needed and you DID choose the rush shipping option, we will reprint, refund or issue store credit. This does not apply to severe weather conditions, natural disasters / events or if the delivery driver doesn't feel comfortable in leaving the package due to high crime/package stealing in the area.

If the order was damaged in shipping...

If your package was damaged in shipping. We just ask that you take a photo and email to us so we can see what happened. We will reprint your order and ship to you as quickly as possible.
